Activation Coordinator
The hunter. The setter. The person who gets contractors on the calendar.
The Role
- Outbound outreach to business owners across our six core verticals — roofing, restoration, car dealerships, collections, law offices, and insurance (scripts, lead lists, and tooling provided)
- Qualify the prospect and book a discovery call
- Track and report your activity daily
Compensation · Commission-only, 1099
- $100per qualified show — must match ICP and stay 10+ min on call
- $250per close on every deal from your booked appointment
- +$1,000bonus when you hit your 10th close in a month
- +$2,500bonus when you hit your 20th close in a month
- $3,000convention sprint bonus when you hit event sprint targets
- $1,500sign-on bonus paid out on your first close
What the math looks like
A strong AC booking 40 qualified shows/month at a 25% close rate (10 closes) earns $7,500 that month — $4,000 in show fees, $2,500 in close fees, plus the $1,000 10-close milestone. Top performers booking 50 shows at 30% close rate (15 closes) clear $9,750+/mo.

- $750per close
- +$1,000bonus when you hit your 5th close in a month
- +$2,000bonus when you hit your 10th close in a month
- +$3,500bonus when you hit your 15th close in a month
- $6,000convention sprint bonus when you hit event sprint targets
- $2,500sign-on bonus paid out on your third close
What the math looks like
A rep hitting 15 closes in a month earns $17,750 that month — $11,250 in close commissions plus $6,500 in stacked milestone bonuses. Milestones reset on the 1st of every month.
